Last month on while away on holiday my hearing aid stopped working. I rang around a few clinics that were unable to help. When I called Totalcare Hearing they said drop around and they would look at the hearing aid. I was there within the hour. The staff there were great. They managed to find the fault and fix it in short order. And they did it at no charge as it was something minor. Thank you Totalcare Hearing.
