Consult

Your first appointment is a hearing assessment to determine if you have hearing loss. Your audiologist will discuss your results at the end of your test. If you have a hearing loss, your discussion will continue on where you struggle to hear, how and what you would like to achieve from hearing better. If hearing aid prescription is advised, your audiologist would like to further understand your requirements, lifestyle and budget before recommending a device best suited to your needs.

Hearing Aid Trial

Our Seniors Card offer includes a free, no-obligation one week trial of one set of hearing aids that are custom programmed to you. During the trial, you will have a fitting appointment and one follow up appointment a week later. At the final appointment is when you decide whether the hearing aid device benefited your hearing and met your needs.

Hearing aid prescribed will be from our Widex or Signia collection. These can be over the ear or in-the-ear option, rechargeable or disposable battery powered. It depends on your requirements, thus not limited to the pictured devices.

Return Policy

If the hearing aids do not meet your satisfaction, you can return them to us on the last day of your trial (Trial End Date listed on your agreement form).

The hearing aids, accessories, cables, charging devices, booklets, and remaining consumables all must be undamaged and returned within their original packaging to the clinic you received your service from. Fees may apply if hearing aids and/or accessories are returned damaged.

Terms and Conditions

• This offer is intended for Seniors Card Holders who book an appointment at their local Totalcare Hearing clinic.

• Hearing Test will include Pure Tone Threshold, Speech-in-Noise, Bone Conduction Pure Tone and Tympanometry tests.

• The free hearing test does not apply to GP or specialist referrals requiring a written report.

• Offer valid for bookings made by 31 July 2025, with hearing aids to be trialed and finalised by 31 August 2025.

• The 20% discount applies only to Signia or Widex hearing aids in the 440/7, 330/5, and 220/3 technology levels. 10% discount applies to Signia or Widex in the 110/2 and 50 rechargeable technology levels.

• Offer is available to both new and existing clients.

• Hearing aid trial is limited to one product for a one-week period; additional product trials will incur a $395 trial fee per product.

• Free Annual Reviews:- the first annual review appointment (2026) is one year from the date of the 2025 fitting appointment. Subsequent annual review appointment dates in 2027 and 2028 is based on one year from the previous annual review appointment date.
