Customers may choose to retain their old devices or choose to donate them via Bloom Hearing Specialists’ donation program. If the device/s is donated, they will be retained by the clinic for the duration of the 30-day money-back period from the date of fitting of your new devices. After 30-days, the donated devices will be donated to our hearing aid donation program.

Hearing aid features & benefits may vary between technology levels and the recommended device for your unique hearing needs, including but not limited to Bluetooth connectivity, rechargeability and hearing aid form factor (discreetness).
